I have created several simple (hopefully helpful applications) for free. These are all things I needed and were so simple to write I am not charging for them. I hope you find them useful. High priority application starter

How to use:

1. Create a shortcut to the desired application (one might already exist).
2. Right click on the shortcut and select Properties.
3. Modify the Target to start with "c:\games\prio_setter.exe" then the rest of the target
   It will look something like this C:\games\prio_setter.exe "C:\Program Files\Codemasters\Race Driver\RaceDriver.exe"
   Use the path to where you put prio_setter.exe
